Life is energy. If you look at all life it is in constant motion: The moon, the sun, the wind, the earth, your blood, your breathing... everything has a flow of energy running through it. That is why it is so important to MOVE and exercise.

When you move or exercise, you are contributing to the flow of life, you are giving rather than taking. As you take in breath so you blow out breath. It is so important to go deeper into what I am trying to say. Let me know your interpretations as to why movement, energy and breathing is connected and so important.

Breath is life. The more and deeper you breath, the more energy you will obtain. People who are too still, motionless, who do not move, who work under pressure and stress, do not in fact breath properly and this is a common reason as to why we are always so tired and fatigued. Think about it.
