I was a modern dancer for 12 years of my life and did all forms of exercise to keep in physical shape such as cardiovascular, strength training, Pilates and body conditioning. This was an amazing balance and kept me both fit, flexible and strong, but the fittest I have ever been was when I did MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) for this is where I truly tested and found out my strength and what I am capable of. It built both physical and mental confidence and my overall breathing was in sync and I had an abundance of energy.

It is important to find an exercise that is going to stimulate you and is fun in order to keep you motivated to be consistent. For they say consistency is the key to all success!
