Hi, this is the first time I have ever blogged and have decided that how I start is how I would like to continue throughout. I do not wish to come so much from my head, but more from my heart and just be myself, possible grammar errors and all :-) The purpose and intention of this blog is to share my experiences and to inspire people to be the best of their very best.
I believe that over all wellness is multifaceted and that mental wellbeing, emotional wellbeing, physical wellbeing, spiritual wellbeing is all interconnected. If there is an imbalance with one there is a ripple effect on all. Diet and what we put in our mouths is a secondary behavior to a primary 'cause and effect.'
Our subconscious beliefs influence our mental and emotional state, which in turn influences our behavior and choices, which in turn then influences our actions, reactions, consequences, how we feel and see ourselves and then we start again and repeat the cycle / patterns / habit all over again.
